Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Yes, our formulas are dermatologically tested and safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We recommend checking the ingredient list to ensure there are no personal allergens.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Absolutely. We never test on animals, and most of our products are 100% vegan. Please check individual product descriptions for confirmation.
How long does it take to see results?
Most customers notice visible improvements after 2–4 weeks of consistent use, depending on the product and skin type.
How do you recommend using the products?
For optimal effectiveness and to respect the skin’s natural intelligence, we recommend using the complete RECO rituals. Each formula is designed to work in synergy, supporting the skin’s regeneration processes in a progressive and mindful way.
Recommended application order:
Step 1 · Eye Serum
Apply a small amount to the eye contour using gentle tapping motions to hydrate, smooth and activate the most delicate area of the face.
Step 2 · Facial Serum
Apply a few drops to the face and neck. Serums deliver concentrated actives and prepare the skin to fully absorb the final step.
Step 3 · Cream (day or night)
Complete the ritual with the appropriate cream depending on the time of day. The cream reinforces the skin barrier, locks in hydration and enhances the benefits of the previous steps.
With consistent use, RECO rituals help restore the skin’s natural balance, improve overall skin quality over time, and support a conscious, long-term approach to skincare.
Can I use different products together?
Yes. Our skincare line is designed to be layered safely. However, avoid using high-strength active products at the same time to prevent irritation (retinol).
How should I store the products?
Store in a cold place, away from direct sunlight. Close lids tightly after use to maintain product stability.
Can I use these products during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Many of our products are safe, but we recommend consulting your doctor before using active ingredients such as retinol or
chemical UV (sunscreen) filters during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
When will I get my order?
