SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Zones

  • Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands)

  • European Union countries
    For Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs clearance and additional fees may apply.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • Spain (mainland): 2–4 business days

  • Balearic Islands: 3–5 business days

  • European Union: 4–8 business days
    These are courier estimates. We will deliver within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping Costs

Free shipping in the European Union on orders above 100€. Shipping costs for other orders will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

6. Delivery Issues
Ensure your address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. If delivery fails due to absence, the courier will attempt redelivery or provide collection instructions.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, report it to the courier on delivery and contact hello@recoskinlab.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging, label and product. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund once confirmed.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside Spain, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees applied by the destination country.
